Diagnosis

Settlements for central heating systems are described by the assigned settlement units, whereby the various costs (service charge keys) are posted to the associated cost collectors.

For this purpose, all of the necessary settlement variants must already be defined.

Furthermore, the settlement variants of the individual settlement units must match the settlement unit that acts as a collective settlement unit.

System Response

In the case of the settlement unit displayed here, either no settlement variants could be found, or different settlement variants exist for the collective settlement unit.

Procedure

Delete the corresponding entry or branch to the maintenance screen for settlement units and correct the settlement variants.
