Settlement unit does not exist

Diagnosis
Settlement units that are to be assigned to a central heating system must already exist. If the heating system supplies a business entity (business entity field is filled), the settlement units for this business entity must also exist.
Procedure
Create a settlement unit for the heating system so that it can be assigned to the system.
