For production rate planning, a simplified routing should be used

Diagnosis
The selection ID of production rate planning controls the priority in which routings are selected.
You entered a selection ID which does not have the routing type, "simple routing" as its highest priority.
This is allowed, however, usually simple routings are used in production rate planning.
