Diagnosis
The material you would like to plan using the MRP run has been defined as a master schedule item. You can only plan master schedule items using the planning run for master schedule items.

Procedure
If you would like to plan the material, choose Logistics -> Production -> Production Planning -> MPS -> MPS and then choose a type of planning run.
