Diagnosis
During the activation procedure, the system checks whether customer master data has also been created for the main contractual partner of the rental agreement that is to be activated. However, this is not the case with this rental agreement.
System Response
The rental agreement is not activated.
Procedure
Create customer master data for the main contractual partner of the rental agreement by processing the agreement data ("Change rental agreement"). You can activate the rental agreement once you have created the customer data.
