Diagnosis
You are trying to delete the allocation to an account settlement variant which a settlement has already been carried out for on the 'Valid-as-from' date entered.
System Response
The allocation to the account settlement variant cannot be deleted.
Procedure
You may possibly be able to change the current account settlement period. You can assign another suitable account settlement variant as from the start date of this period.
