Diagnosis
The reference has different usage type than the new rental unit.
System Response
Procedure
If you confirm the warning by pressing 'Return', the reference usage type is used. You can change this later if necessary via Edit -> Usage type or by double-clicking on the field "Change usage type". You can also specify another rental unit which has the same usage type as the new rental unit as the reference.
