Diagnosis
As a rental agreement is assigned to a corresponding rental unit, the rental agreement category has to match the rental unit usage type (commercial or non-commercial). The menu however specifies whether a commercial or non-commercial rental agreement should be processed. Here, the rental agreement category does not correspond with the menu option though.

Enter a contract number with a contract category which corresponds to the menu option or select the corresponding menu option.
