Sales-based rentl agrmnts need a cond.type of category adv.payment sales

Diagnosis
There must be a condition with flow category 3VZU (advance payments sales) available before a sales settlement can be carried out. This is missing in the current rent agreement.
System Response
The rental agreement is saved. However it is not possible to carry out a sales settlement with the current data.
Procedure
Enter a new condition with category 3VZU. If you have not agreed on an advance payment, set the advance payment amount to 0.
