Diagnosis
The types of rent adjustment are linked to the rental unit usage type. These links are preallocated in tables. The usage type which is linked to the rent adjustment does not however match the rental unit usage type here.

You must make a correct entry.
Procedure
Select an adjustment type which corresponds with the rental unit usage type.
