Diagnosis
You cannot use the "Assign initial value" function for:
- Characteristics whose value is to be a long text
- Characteristics for which automatic value assignment is required
(for example, PPPI_PROCESS_ORDER)
System Response
The system does not assign the initial value to the characteristics of the above type you have selected.
