Diagnosis
You wish to access a data record for which you have no authorization.
Procedure
The authorization object that is being checked here is "PM_Berechtigungsgruppe (I_BEGRP)". If you are to access the data record, you must have an authorization for the object "PM_Berechtigungsgruppe" in your user master or have an existing authorization extended.
