An API error has occured during processing.
System Response
In the application log for object CAPI and sub-object CAPI_LOG, the individual messages are collected.
Procedure
The application log can be processed with transaction SLG1 for object CAPI and sub-object CAPI_LOG.
To go directly to the entry you require, enter the IDoc number for parameter "external number".
