Diagnosis
You want to explode a BOM in a BOM reporting function, but have not defined a procedure for automatic alternative determination.
To select the appropriate alternative for each application area, the following criteria are defined for each procedure:
- Order of priority for the BOM usage
- Priority of a defined alternative for a specific material BOM
- Checking of specific status indicators. You use the application to define in which usage the system selects the alternative and in which order of priority.
