Diagnosis
A follow-up group was already saved for this item. The system set the Follow-up item indicator for this item.
Once an item has been saved as a follow-up item, you must continue to maintain the item as a follow-up item. You cannot delete the Follow-up item indicator.
This item replaces the item that has the same entry in the Discont. group field.
Procedure
Enter a follow-up group.
Example:
For simple discontinuation, the discontinued item 0010 (material M-1) is replaced by follow-up items 0010 (material M-2) and 0011 (material M-3).
