Diagnosis

You want to allocate the BOM to plant . The BOM contains material item , which was entered on organizational level storage location . As storage location is not defined in plant , you cannot allocate the BOM to plant .

Procedure

If you want to allocate the BOM to plant , first you have to maintain the material on organizational level storage location .
