Diagnosis
You want to copy from a reference BOM header or BOM item(s). During this process, the corresponding long text (if there is one) must be copied.
According to data stored in the BOM header or item, a long text exists. However, the system cannot find it under the appropriate key - this means that the dataset is inconsistent.
Procedure
Inform your system manager for BOMs.
