Diagnosis
You want to create or change the BOM for material , and one of the following situations triggered this error message:
- Material has a material type for which the configurable material indicator was not entered. You are using the Extend function on a BOM for a configurable material.
- You want to create a variant BOM for material . Material has a material type for which the configurable material indicator was not entered. However, you are trying to create a variant of a BOM for a configurable material.
Procedure
Please check the material types of the materials concerned. You can only use materials whose material types have the same entry for the configurable material indicator.
