Diagnosis

Drag&Relate metadata is transported in the transport version, that is imported changes only take effect when they are activated.

By default, objects are only activated automatically if they were not modified in the target system.

In the target system, automatic activation can be set for "normal" transports so that automatic activation occurs always (also for objects that are modified locally) or never, whereas "delivery transports" are only activated automatically if there are no modifications.

Procedure

Activate manually in the target system or change the settings accordingly and transport them again. If activation is not successful because of an inconsistency in the target system, you must correct the Drag&Relate metadata.
