Diagnosis

You have started top-down expansion of the batch where-used list for a batch. But no batch where-used records exist for this batch and so further top-down display is not possible.

Procedure

Please check in Customizing that the batch where-used list is activated for the selected plant.

Customizing for the Batch Where-Used List

If the BaWu synchron.postng indicator is not set for the selected plant in Customizing, you should update the batch where-used records.
