Diagnosis

The value for the scale ratio is too small.

The product of "length/time unit" of the planning period and the "scale ratio" must not be smaller than 0.005. Smaller values are rounded down to zero. This value, however, cannot be further processed by the graphic.

Example

Length/time unit for the planning period:                0.10 mm/day
Scale ratio pre-and postprocessing for planning period:    1.00 %
Product:    0.10 mm/day x 1.00 % = 0.001 mm/day,rounded down to 0.

Procedure

Choose a smaller time unit for the planning period and a higher value for the length/time unit.

Or choose a bigger scale ratio. For example:
Scale ratio: 5.00 %
Product: 0.10 mm/day X 5.00 % = 0.005 mm/day, rounded up to 0.01.
