Diagnosis
You attempted to create a transport route from system &V1& to target group &V2&. However, system &V1& has a release that is too old for this transport route.
Target groups with client are allowed from Release 4.5A.
Target groups without client are allowed from Release 4.6A.
System Response
The function terminates.

Create transport routes according to the above restrictions.
