Diagnosis
When the configuration was being activated in the SAP System , it was discovered that there was no post-processing after the standard SAP installation, or that no database copy was made. These actions could not be repeated, since the authorization INIT is missing from the authorization object CTS_ADMIN.
System Response
The configuration was not activated.
Procedure
Use a user with the above authorization, or let the system administrator do the post-processing for the installation before you repeat the activation.
