Diagnosis
The transport layer is to be assigned to the SAP system as the standard transport layer.
The system should only be assigned transport layers for which there is a transport route whose integration system is . In special cases the standard transport layer can still be used to control archived developments using CHECKIN-CHECKOUT.

If archived developments are not involved then use a valid transport layer or first create a transport route with:
