Diagnosis

You have NOT set the Ref indicator when you assigned process instruction categories to the operator cockpit. For this reason, the process instructions used have been copied from Customizing for Process Management to the cockpit definition and there is no connection to the original process instruction anymore.

For more information on the copying and referencing of existing process instructions, see F1 help on the "Ref" indicator.

Note

Note that you cannot add or delete the Ref indicator once you have chosen Enter. If you want to change the definition, you must delete the process instruction category and then create it again.
