Diagnosis
The user master comparison has been globally deactivated with the switch AUTO_USERCOMPARE in table PRGN_CUST (see also SAP Note 511200, section "Solution", part C, point 3).
System Response
No changes have been made to profile assignments for users.
Procedure
Start the user master comparison in transaction SU01 with the pushbutton "Compare User Master Record", using transactions PFCG or PFUD, or with the reports RHAUTUPD_NEW or PFCG_TIME_DEPENDENCY.
