Deletion of user started in CUA central system

System Response
The system is a child system in a Central User Administration. Users can only be deleted in the central system.
Procedure
The system assignment for the affected system is deleted for a user. The user is later deleted asynchronously by IDoc through the redistribution of the deletion to this child system.
