Diagnosis
The role contains target system . (You can set the target system of a role in transaction PFCG on the Menu tab.)
However, the role should be assigned to system .
System Response
The roles are assigned to the user in both systems. As a result, you see both role assignments in transaction SU01 when you choose Enter (or perform another activity).
