Diagnosis
The reset password cannot be sent to just any E-Mail addresses, to avoid abuse. Repetition of the E-Mail address gives legitimation.
System Response
The password is not reset because the E-Mail address you gave is not the same as the one which you gave us earlier.
Procedure
Specify the correct E-Mail address
