Diagnosis
You tried to delete an authorization object from a function block. Basically, you do not have the authorization to do this.
System Response
In this case, the system does not allow you to delete.
Procedure
Obtain authorization to delete authorization objects (S_DEVELOP Obj.type SUSO) from your user administrator.
