Error occurred whilst resetting user buffer

Diagnosis
You tried to reset the user buffers in the database. The system reports an error which indicates that there is either a problem in the database, or that the user buffer has already been reset.
System Response
The buffer is not reset.
Procedure
Log on to the system again. Check that the system is not behaving strangely regarding authorizations. If this is the case, refer to SAP Notes 23342 and 10187.
