Diagnosis
During Records Management update for an SRM/EBP element an error occurred.
Most important possible reasons:
1.) Creating a record for this element was impossible due to the fact that the record was already existing.
2.) Change of the record for this element was impossible due to the fact that the record was not existing.
3.) A Records Management framework error occurred. This may e.g. happen due to a customizing error for Records Management (e.g. missing element types in registry, undefined connection parameters in registry etc.). You can get more information in the application log of your Records Management system for the object SRM.
4.) Due to a Records Management relevant customizing error in the SRM/EBP system an error as described in 3.) occurred.
5.) The RFC connections between SRM/EBP system and the Records Management system was not available.
