Diagnosis
Subcontracting with Chargeable Component is not actived for a valuation area in the selection range entered.
System Response
The system would not allow execution of SCC transaction without SCC being active for all valuation areas in the entered range.
Procedure
Correct the selection range to enter only valuation area for which SCC is active.
