Diagnosis
There are some open entries in tables OBEW & ROWA. Also there could be some Chargeable Component in the valuation area for which SCC is being deactivated.
SCC cannot be deactivated in valuation area with open entries or Chargeable Components.
System Response
Procedure
Run Create Chargeable Invoice and Post Alternative A/P to close all open SCC entries.
Run Change Component Type transaction to convert all Chargeable Component to Non Chargeable.
