Conversion error when reading file '&'. See long text

Diagnosis
A conversion error has occurred while reading the file. The original file contains characters that cannot be converted into the code page that you specified.
System Response
Procedure
Check the specified code page and the original file. By trying out a few code pages, you might be able to find the right one. If the data quality is particularly poor, or if the code page is unknown, you can use the 'Continue Despite Conversion Errors' functionality. Note however that the replacement character is actually written to the file if you do this.
Procedure for System Administration
You have to make these settings in LSMW step 'Specify Files'.
