A conversion error has occurred when opening the file. The original file contains characters that cannot be displayed with the code page that you specified.

Procedure
Check and/or correct the specified code page.
If this does not help, check the content of the file using the operating system tools and ascertain the quality of the data.
Procedure for System Administration
Check how the data was copied to the application server (FTP settings?).
