Diagnosis

A conversion error has occurred when uploading the file to the application server. The original file contains characters that cannot be converted into the code page that you specified.

The file was only uploaded up to the row with the error(s). Check this.

Procedure

Check the specified code page and the original file. By trying out a few code pages, you might be able to find the right one. If the data quality is particularly poor, or if the code page is unknown, you can use the 'Continue Despite Conversion Errors' functionality. Note however that the replacement character is actually written to the file if you do this.
