Diagnosis
The system tried to determine a recipient for operation of order or network . However it could not find a recipient.
The recipient is needed if you want to generate a shipping document from a planned requirement.
System Response
Procedure
Check why the system could not determine a recipient.
Example
Pegging is a network activity.
The system searches for a recipient assigned to this network. If the network is assigned a WS element or a project defintion the system tries to find a recipient assigned to this WBS element or project definition.
The system also tries to determine a recipient via the network activity. If the network activity is assigned a WBS element the system tries to find a recipient for this WBS element.
