Diagnosis
You have tried to change the equiment number for a specific item. This is not possible since this item was created by copying the CEM requirement /.
System Response
Procedure
First you must delete the item (by doing this the status of the requirement, amongst other things, is changed from the status defining that shipping has been executed to "requirement confirmed". Then you can create the item with the new equipment.
