Definition
Settings for conversion of fields Name, City, Street and Address affix.
- Inbound processing:
If this indicator is selected, parts of the address data (name, street, address affix) are converted to lower/upper case when a WBZ record is imported (1st letter of a word upper case, the remainder lower case). - Cities: Usually copied with the correct spelling (determined using the postal code and city directory in the System).
- Streets: Conversion depending on whether or not a street directory is recorded, type of delivery type (postal and non-postal delivery type) and additional customizing indicator
- No street directory:
--> No umlaut conv., conversion to upper/lower case
- Existence of street directory and non-postal delivery type
--> Copy to correct spelling
- Existence of street directory and postal delivery type
--> Processing depends on additional customizing indicator - Outbound processing:
If this indicator is selected, the case is converted to upper case.
