Documentation
Definition
The WBZ computer center uses the short street name from the postal file in the address.
To avoid unnecessary confirmations (short street name is corrected to long one), this street name is accepted if the indicator is seleted if there is a street in the street file that is spelt in exactly the same way. All messages to the computer center then use this short text for the street.
To avoid problems with upper/lower case and umlauts, you can also search using a field of your own using enhancement JKWBZ002 (transaction CMOD). You can use this field to record the short street name in upper case and without umlauts.
