Three scenarios are distinguished:

• The indicator is always set for full booking of a basic or combined booking unit.
• The indicator is always set for selective booking of a basic booking unit.
• The indicator is set for selective booking of a combined booking unit if the ad insert has already been positioned in particular lower level booking units.
