Definition
This checkbox indicates that charitable transfers are to be distributed separately for individual editions.
If the indicator is flagged, charitable transfers are carried out for specific editions, i.e. the edition specified in the distribution order is taken into account when distributing charitable transfers to institutions.
e.g. A subscriber donates publication D1 and edition P1.
The donation can be placed on the distribution order for
publication D1 and edition P1 but not on that for publication
D1 and edition P2.
If the indicator is not flagged, charitable transfers are distributed specific to publications, i.e. the edition specified in the distribution order is not then taken into account.
Returning to the above example, this would mean that this donation can be placed both on a distribution order for publication D1 and edition P1 and on one for publication D1 and edition P2.
