Definition
New user password.
Procedure
Enter a password in this field for the first logon of a new user.
A password:
- Must be at least three digits long, but no longer than eight (minimum can vary).
- Can contain any keyboard characters, including numbers, blanks and punctuation marks.
- Must not begin with a question mark "?", exclamation mark "!" or blank. The first three characters must not include a blank.
- Must not be PASS or SAP*.
- Cannot begin with three identical characters.
- Cannot contain three-digit character strings which also appear in the user name.
In this field, you can only specify a password for the first logon. To change a password, choose Goto -> Change password.
