Transfer payments
Use
Has the effect that the system transfers payment information to external systems as part of the outbound interface for business partner postings. However, payment information is only created when the payment is posted via a payment lot. This means, for example, that no payment information is reported to external systems for the transfer of payments.
At company code level, configure whether the transfer of payment information is required or not.
You can also configure separately, for each external system, whether payment information is to be transferred to this specific system.
Dependencies
If a payment is posted in a company code for which the transfer of payment information is not activated, this document is not transferred to any external system regardless of whether the transfer of payment information was activated for this system or not.
If, for example, a payment is posted as payment on account and therefore as open items, this document is transferred to the external systems as an open item provided the transfer of open items has been activated.
