Definition
If more than one tolerance limit exists, this indicator controls whether the one closest (indicator is selected) or the one which is further away (indicator is not selected) should be used.
Example: A percentage limit of 90% applies for non-fulfillment of a COA. This means that contracts with levels of fulfillment below 90 percent should be regarded as not being fulfilled.
A tolerance scale can be maintained parallel to this. A contract is near to fulfillment if 95 out of 100 ads have been sold.
If you have stipulated that the tolerance limit that is further away should be used, in this example the percentage limit would be used instead of the value from the scale.
