Documentation
Definition
If you activate this indicator, the system also considers items from 'legacy orders' (migrated billed orders) during order selection and list display in central access.
The 'Order access' Customizing table can be used to preassign the value in this field.
However, the following restrictions apply to the editing of 'legacy orders' in central access:
- Restricting item type-dependent selection criteria such as keyword or box number do not lead to exclusion during list display since the full data range of a 'standard' IS-M/AM order is not available in migrated 'legacy orders'.
- It is not possible to display all order data on the item overview screens for the same reason.
Notes
You can select this indicator in Customizing for specific clients or user groups. You can override this setting for individual users using user parameter JHJ.
