Documentation
Definition
If this indicator is selected, media product data is synchronized with M/SD, that is to say, when media product data (media family, media product, media issue) is maintained, the M/SD structures (publication, edition, issue) are also maintained simultaneously in the background.
If media product synchronization is active, the M/SD product structures publication, edition and issue are no longer available for maintenance as independent objects. Products are then always maintained as media products.
If the indicator is not selected, IS-M product master data is maintained as publications, editions and issues.
