Definition

For the withdrawal posting, determines whether the remaining amounts for different currencies for partial withdrawals for cash remain as a deposit in the cash desk.

This means that change deposits can be posted automatically. For day-end closing, this enables you to achieve a complete withdrawal before the automatic deposit posting of the change.

An entry is created in the transaction database table DFKKCJT with process category 99. This entry states that the previous withdrawals have set the cash desk contents to zero for all currencies. This increases the performance in the cash journal considerably, for example, for the determination of the current cash desk content, since all entries before this no longer contribute to the cash desk content.

You should withdraw the cash desk contents completely on a regular basis, or set this indicator so that the cash desk balance can be withdrawn completely on posting of a deposit for the existing change.

Use

If the indicator is set, for the withdrawal posting, the remaining amount that was not withdrawn for cash is posted as a deposit again.
