Documentation
Definition
The entries made in this table are defined as exclusion reasons which apply exclusively to Statutory Sick Pay (SSP), Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP), Statutory Paternity Pay (SPP) or Statutory Adoption Pay (SAP).
Exclusion from entitlement to SSP, SMP, SPP or SAP may be generated both automatically and manually. If set, this indicator shows that the exclusion is carried out automatically by the System.
Automatic Generation
Exclusions are generated in payroll, for example, if an employee is only employed on a short contract or has insufficient earnings in the relevant period to qualify for SSP. The generation of the exception leads to a rejection in payroll for the employee concerned.
Manual Generation
You can also use infotype 0088 to create additional exclusions, over and above the statutory exclusions held in table T5G2F.
Note:
You can view these payroll exclusions in NCALE or by running the RPLABSG0_SxP_Exclusions report.
